I would gladly give them 10 stars. What an amazing group of people. So caring and go the extra mile. Dr. Sara & Hans showed such genuine remorse for the loss of my dog son.

Wonderful people working here! I decided to change to Willow Pet Hospital for my dog Bentley and they were always helpful, kind and very professional. After Bentley's diagnosis Dr Mike was very informative for his next stage and his quality of life. He explained everything and I'm very grateful for that. It gave me time to realize How sick my pup really was and that the end was near. Our pets are our family and the staff at Willow love your pets too. Thank you Willow for preparing our little family for our next chapter.

Due to hard time in me and my girlfriend's life, and complications with money at the moment they wouldn't see us for our cat whose having blood in his stool and diarrhea every day we have two cats one we got recently as a support animal for myself and our older cat is my girlfriend's, the front desk lady was very rude to me when all I was doing was trying to find some answers about why they care so much about there money and not the health of these beautiful pets we call friends I recall hearing at the other end of the line "if u can't afford a pet you shouldn't have one in the first place!" Ok first off uncalled for and second you have no idea how my life has been the past couple of months I am able t o afford my cat I just can't afford a 500 dollar medical bill 3 hours before my cats appointment as an outstanding payment. Disrespectful and completely do not care about animals me and my girlfriend's have heard other things about willow pet about payment towards their employees as well. I don't think I'll be returning anymore. If you continue to go there to each there own.

I only recently transferred my Mom's dog, Roy, over to Willows from Austin Vet, but just the initial visit was a big attitude change! Roy had always been afraid of the vet, shaking and barking more often, so I was pleasantly surprised when Roy started looking around and the vets were more than happy to greet him, and give him treats! He also had a history of yeast infections that never got truly treated with Austin Vet, but at Willows, hardly a week of medicating him and using their supplies to clean his ears, and for the first time in what seems like forever, his ears are actually clean and comfortable! It has been a major change that I am happy to see in Roy, and his two week checkup is in a few days to see how he's doing. All in all, Willow did more for Roy in one day than Austin Vet has done in four years for him. For vet clinics in Austin, we will be returning to Willows for years to come. It's a little more pricey, but financing options through Care Credit have made it a lot easier too. Our fur babies deserve the best.

Great care, it just takes at least an hour or longer for a visit. Unless you like sitting in a vehicle for that amount of time I'd probably go elsewhere.
