Went here last night, my cat, who means everything to me, was very sick. I'm glad I went! Amazing, kind staff. Clean environment. And I even got a call the next night of them checking on Lucy (my cat) and how she was doing! I was so pleasently surprised! And very happy to say she's already so much better!! I would without a doubt recommend this place!!! Thank you lake Oswego emergency vet! And thank you for making my baby better, and for the great care you gave her,and for checking up on her!!!

It was such a relief to speak with Tim this evening. My situation was not life threatening and other places would have pushed me to wait for our regular vet, but he took the time to answer questions, validate my concern and also diffuse my worry. He did warn me if another 911 came up he would need to help with that but instead of shooing me off the line he listened and helped. It is hard to find a get that has a help desk as well. Thank you for being so kind!

What a kind team of smart people at this ER. Knowing how distraught I was, over something that ended up being nothing, they made me feel validated in my concern and not dumb. I'm so grateful to have an emergency vet that treated me like family. Easy to get to also.

I recently moved to Lake Oswego with my partner and our two fur kids. We hadn't established a vet yet but one night my little Frenchie, Olive, decided she was going to eat half a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips. I had previously read a little about Lake Oswego Veterinary Emergency and gave them a call for advise because I was kind of a little in shock at what she had just eaten. She is my baby! I was told to bring her in as soon as I could because the amount she had eaten was considered a fatal dose and since it had only been like 5 minutes after there is a way better chance of getting it out of her system! When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk receptionist, who was very sweet and kind. Within only like 5 minutes Olive was in with the vet and getting taken care of!!! The vet and the vet techs were all so kind and you could feel the love they have for the animals! It is a very reassuring feeling. I was then told it would be best to have Olive stay for the night for observation. So they could give a few more rounds of medications to her. This was my first time leaving my little one at the vet for the night. I was scared but I felt more at ease knowing she was going to be with some great people who will take excellent care of her. They answered all my questions and concerns. Reassured me that they would contact me immediately if anything were to happen. By the next morning Olive was back to her old silly self. She was just as happy as she was when snuck all that chocolate like a little kid. She's a goof-ball. I want to give a huge thank you to LOVE for taking the best care of Olive. We appreciate all of your hard work and kindness. I will definitely be recommending LOVE to anyone in need of veterinary care for their fur kids. Thank You again so much from Olive and family!
