The staff here is wonderful! I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy; they're always caring and welcoming and know him (and me) by name. They've had a few revolving door veterinarians, but the newest ones are great, and my dog actually likes them (he was a little iffy with one when he was younger). They're a patient group, and they even let me do some training with my dog to help him not be afraid of the offices. We suggest this location to all of our friends!

I had a very brief experience at this vet with my two 6 week old puppies for our first visit to a vet. I used the Banfield coupon for a free first visit. The doctor weighed my puppies, took their temperatures, and suggested some core vaccines. He asked if I had any concerns; I told him the little girl was doing well and had a happy puppy personality, but our little boy was a bit like Eeyore and seemed unsociable. I asked if maybe he was sick or if he was just introverted or something. The doctor said he may have a quiet personality, or he may have some kind of parasite and told me I should/could have him checked. (But the doctor did not tell me how to check or when, the topic was dismissed and my question was left without resolution.) I felt the experience was somewhat pleasant but kinda of rushed (less than 20 minutes for two puppies). On the way out, I asked a vet tech how to socialize puppies (as they suggested) before 3 months when they also told me not to expose the puppies to other animals before 16 weeks of shots. The vet tech told me, "We recommend you do not expose your puppies until they have had 16 weeks of shots." ...Okay...that did not answer my question in the slightest... I left it at that. I am a first time pet owner so I did not realize it was strange that the doctor did not take the time to look in my puppies' ears/eyes/mouth. The next day my husband was looking in our male puppy's left ear. He had THREE TICKS inside his ear. We were not in a tick-infested area between the vet visit and when my husband found the ticks. We think the ticks have probably been there for at least a week since when we picked up the puppies. (The little boy had a tick we picked off of his neck when we got him a week ago). The vet would have found this if he had been more careful and had looked closer at my puppies. Personally, I will not be returning to this vet, and I will not suggest it to my friends. Bonus: Our boy has been as playful as his sister (and maybe more!) since we removed his ticks. No more ticks, no more sad Eeyore puppy.

The staff was wonderful. The veterinarian was very helpful, and made sure he answered all our questions. Our cat had a few things done, but he remained calm because of their warmth and affection. He was even kissing the nurse between blood draws and again to say goodbye. The professional, helpful, happy environment is amazing! It was also the cheapest and easiest to walk into. They were at least $10 cheaper than the rest (for an office visit, I'm not sure about meds), and were able to see us within hours instead of days. My fur babies are safe in their hands!
