I was very impressed how the techs and the Vet took the time to inform me about the procedures and answer any questions. I didn't feel rushed or worried, at all, regarding their help and abilities. I took in a feral. It cost a pretty penny, but they seemed compassionate and understanding.

The staff is very friendly, the prices are reasonable and the Vet's are great!! Will definitely go back again.

They are never transparent about money and how much services will cost. I took my dog to get spayed and the front desk girl didn't remember that we put down a $150 deposit. They also told us we would get a cone and when we picked her up they said they didn't have one big enough and to go buy one somewhere. It would be nice if there was a cost breakdown and follow through of services.

I have been coming to this vet for a couple years now and have never had a problem but I'm kinda upset my dog kept having issues and I kept bringing her back within a 3 week period. They Told me her problem was swollen glands and a stage 6 heart murmur. After taking her home and the problem not changing I decided to get a second opinion. The new vet instantly knew my dogs main issue was a collapsed trachea and gave her medicine for that. Within hours my dog was back to her normal self. And her heart diagnosis was a stage 3 heart murmur. I could of lost my dog to a simple mistake. That makes me sad.
